JUNE 15, 2003
we headed out at 4am and experienced boston waking up. well, somewhat. it was gorgeous though - the boston skyline at dawn. we walked from home (near harvard square) down the charles river, across longfellow bridge, through beacon hill and up to park street. it was a beautiful morning. something everyone should take the time to experience.

I'm still getting over the 4am thing!! Lovely photo as usual Lor. It's amazing how "soft" a city can look at dusk and dawn.

i think i was going to bed right about then...
but big ups for waking up that early! was that taken from the Longfellow bridge?
if you took requests, i would ask for a pic of the sunoco sign. (is it sunoco?) across from MIT

excellent. love the colors. it's nice that the water was still enough for you to get the reflection. i need more picture taking time.

that is too cool! congrats on getting up at 4am! i'll bet gordon was overly excited about the endeavor. are you still caffeine free? must have been a tough morning. but you still managed to get the button down on your camera!

haha... just returned and realized the CITGO (no sunoco) sign is hiding in the corner there... so that MUST be the longfellow....

what a magnificent skyline - hard to distinguish if it's dusk/dawn =)

Once again...a beautiful photo! The serenity of the glass-like water and warming sunrise make for a terrific combination.

A friend of mine recently went to Boston for a Conference, and has been complaining that there is nothing there to see... your photos basically proves him wrong... it is a matter of perception... and one chooses their own perception, he chooses Boston Boring, for me and I guess you as well Boston Wonderful...
